  • How many people can stay in the home?

    Each of our Orlando vacation homes lists the maximum occupancy. Generally, this is 2 people per bedroom. If the home includes a sofa bed, an additional 2 occupants are included. The maximum occupancy does include children and infants. For reasons of privacy and comfort, we recommend that only 2 people per bedroom occupy a property.

  • Can I make telephone calls from the home?

    Most of our vacation homes are now equipped with VOIP phones as well as FREE high-speed Internet Access and FREE local, long distance and international calls. Please note that FREE International calls apply to landlines only – NOT cell or mobile phones. When selecting a property, you can check to see if these facilities are included.

  • When can I check-in & check-out of my vacation home?

    Check-in & Check-out times are strictly enforced to ensure that we have sufficient time to prepare homes for the next guests. Check-in is 4pm and check-out is 10am. Should you wish to book an earlier check-in or later check-out, this can only be confirmed 2 days prior to arrival or 2 days prior to departure and is based on availability. An additional charge will apply. On the day of your departure, it is not necessary for you to return to our office (unless you received keys on arrival). Simply place your keys back in the lock-box at your vacation home.

  • How do I get to my vacation home?

    Once your booking is confirmed and full payment is received, we will provide detailed driving instructions to our office, which is where you will need to check-in. After hours arrivals: please find the onsite lock box with detailed instructions on how to get to your Orlando vacation home. Please note that if you arrive after hours, you will be required to return to the office within 24-48 hours to complete registration, which is Florida State Law. Contact us for more information.

  • How far will I be from Walt Disney World?

    All featured homes are within a 25 minute drive of Walt Disney World. Click on the map to see exactly where your chosen home is in relation to Disney and other area attractions.

  • What happens if we have a problem?

    Prior to arrival you will receive our contact numbers, including our after-hours emergency number. Rest assured that you can contact someone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. While you have the privacy & comfort of a vacation home, you receive the service similar to that of a resort or hotel.

  • Can I smoke in the home?

    All of our Orlando vacation homes are strictly non-smoking. You may smoke outside on the pool or patio area. Failure to observe our non-smoking policy will result in additional cleaning charges.

  • Can I bring my pet?

    We do not allow pets in any of our Orlando vacation homes.

  • What extras can I add to my booking?

    Should you require additional items such as cribs, highchairs, pool heat, welcome food packs etc., these can be arranged once your booking is confirmed. Extra charges for these items are payable in advance and are subject to sales and tourist development taxes.

  • Can I make special requests?

    We welcome your special requests, however, these cannot be guaranteed and do not form part of the rental agreement contract. E.g. should you request an early check-in or late check-out, these cannot be guaranteed unless the appropriate fee is paid and availability allows.

  • Do I need to bring towels and linens?

    All towels & linens are provided with the exception of face cloths. Should you be planning a trip to a local water park or beach, you may wish to bring beach towels.

  • Do I need to clean the home?

    No, you are on vacation! All homes are professionally cleaned and inspected prior to your arrival. Homes are equipped with a mop, broom, and vacuum cleaner should you need to “touch-up” during your stay. We are also able to arrange a mid-stay clean or even a daily maid service at an additional cost.

  • Is my vacation home close to restaurants & shopping?

    All homes are within a 10 minute drive to local grocery stores and strip malls with restaurants.

  • Do I need to leave a security deposit?

    Yes, all of our homes are privately owned – therefore we have a responsibility to protect our homeowner’s investment against damage to their property. On arrival, you will be required to leave a security deposit of $500 on a major credit card (authorization only) alternatively, you may wish to take advantage of our accidental damage waiver charge, which will protect you against accidental damage up to a specified amount. Both options will be offered at the time of check-in.
