The community is set amongst beautiful rolling countryside and an abundance of pine trees and orange groves adding to the natural beauty of the area. Walt Disney World is just 10-15 minutes away on Highway 192 and Interstate 4 is only 5 minutes away which will connect you to all that Orlando has to offer as well as the beaches of the Gulf Coast. The championship Mike Dasher designed golf course offers you pine tree lined spacious fairways likened to the great Scottish courses. The open course will be both challenging and fun for all levels of golfers. After a day of golf stop by the golf shop. Berry Town Centre is right next door and is within walking distance from the home, it includes a large Publix supermarket, shops and restaurants (including family favorite Applebees). There is a playground so that the children can also enjoy the outdoors.
