This wonderful 5 bed 4 bath home is located on the subdivision of Orange Tree, on Highway 27 in the Four Corners area. Orange Tree is a development located in one of Orlando's hottest new areas, with shops, supermarkets and local attractions just a few minutes drive away. There is a tennis court, basketball court and children's playground within the community. Orange Tree is so named because it is surrounded by orange groves on every side. Highway 192 and Walt Disney World are no more than 15 minutes away.
This is a very spacious home with open plan dining and living area. The kicthen is fully equipped to ensure all your culinary needs are met. The home sleeps up to ten people with 2 master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. One of the master bedrooms has a King bed, with an ensuite bathroom and the other master has a Queen size bed with an ensuite. Additional bedrooms are one Queen, and two Twin bedrooms (all pictured). The home also has a semi private pool deck, and covered lanai area which provides some much needed shade from the Florida sun! The pool deck, complete with spa overlooks a conservation area and for those of you who like to see the Florida wildlife this view will be a haven for you. This home is an excellent choice for those wanting to be near the attractions that Orlando has to offer, while at the same time providing a quiet haven for when it comes time to kick back, relax!
