The community of Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club was first established in 1993, it is located approximately 8 miles south of I4 exit 55 on State Route 27. It is a community of approximately 700 homes located around the multi award winning Southern Dunes Golf Course and is approximately 20 minutes drive from Walt Disney World.
As you enter the community there is a lake to the right and trees lining the roads and edging the golf course, all of which give the area a country feel
Within the community there are 3 swimming pools, there are two tennis courts and small childrens play area with swings and slides.
Just outside the main gate to the community are two large supermarkets, Winn-Dixie and Wal-Mart which will have everything you need (Food, Pharmacy, Clothes etc). Wal-Mart is open 24 hours and has a petrol (gas) station.
This is a nice 4 bedroom house which features 2 master bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms, and an additional family bathroom.
A bonus to this house is that it has a very well equipped games room with activities such as a pool table, air hockey, basketball game and Xbox.

On top of all this, the home has a great pool with sunny deck which is fully furnished with patio furniture including sun loungers, for those sun worshipers. The pool faces on to the golf course which gives you stunning views. This home has enough for all the family and you will not get bored!
