The location of Sandy Ridge is perfect, the area around is undeveloped, resulting in the feeling of a country retreat, yet the community is conveniently close to Junction 58 of the I4, giving access to Walt Disney World in less than 10 minutes. The 192 can be reached in just 10 minutes via a quiet local road. The Champions Gate development is just 2 minutes drive away and here you will find a Publix Supermarket, Macdonald's, Subway, a BP gas station, banking facilities and other small retail outlets. There is also a Chinese and Italian takeaway, both of whom provide delivery to the Sandy Ridge area.
Golfers will find 2 Greg Norman designed courses and a David Leadbetter Golf Academy at Champions Gate. Even closer is the upscale resort of Reunion, home to 3 championship courses.
This 4 bedroom house is furnished to an extremely high standard and has 2 master bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms making this an ideal place for more than one family staying as well as an additional family bathroom.
