Having searched your website and chosen the home that suited our needs, Jenny in your reservations department was so helpful in answering the questions we had, as we had never been to Orlando before and have always stayed in hotels. Rest assured, we will be booking again with Contempo, no more hotels for us. Oh forgot to mention, home was spotless, much bigger than our own home. We arrived late at night and were pleased to see the lights had been switched on, outside the home and inside as we were not familiar with the home…. Was a nice touch.

Dear Contempo,
We have recently returned from Orlando and didn’t get a chance to call into the office and say thank you. When we arrived at your offices we were somewhat stressed (after getting lost) and tired after a 10 hour flight. Narissa immediately put us at ease and spent the best part of 30 minutes with us going through all of the information and giving us tips and advice which we are most grateful for. We called the office after the first week to report a problem with the air-conditioning. We were told to go about our day and leave the key in the lock-box. When we arrived home after a very long day at Disney and very hot! We opened the door and immediately realized the A/C was working again. The property manager Geoff Minnis had left a nice note explaining what they had done and reminded us not to forget to lock the patio door we left slightly open (whoops) when we leave the home.

First class accommodation and incredible customer service – we will be back…. With a GPS next time

Dear Dr. Pardoe
I hope you don’t mind me writing to you but felt that you should know how brilliant your staff reacted, when we were faced with an unfortunate situation during our last days in Orlando. My 2 year old son had an accident getting out of the car and hurt his arm. Being thousands of miles from home, we had no idea of what to do or where to go. We had purchased medical insurance but didn’t know exactly how this works. Your staff was what I can only describe as outstanding. We called the office and Johanna your operations manager talked us through the whole process and even contacted our Insurance Company in the UK on our behalf. She also arranged for us to go to a local hospital and explained exactly what we needed to take with us and what we should expect. Numerous calls were made by Contempo on our behalf and Johanna called us that night to ensure that Erin was ok and she had been trying to call us all evening.

The experience although traumatic for all of us was made easier by the sheer professionalism of your staff, they also made special arrangements to allow us to stay in the home later on our day of departure so we wouldn’t have to spend too long at the airport.

Please pass on our thanks; we have already booked to come back in November! And will bringing Johanna some British tea-bags!!

Sorry we didn’t get a chance to meet you when we came to your office to register, believe it was your day off. Just wanted to say a huge thanks for all your help with our booking, you were right about the pool heat and the Welcome Food Pack, arriving so late it was great not to have to go to the store and of course the children were straight into the swimming pool despite it being in the 50’s.

I will be in touch again shortly as we want to book to come back and are looking to bring in-laws so will be looking for a larger home and like the look of the 4 Star+ with the 2 master suites.

We would just like to say how wonderful your reservations team was when we decided at the last hour to take a long weekend in Orlando. I really didn’t have time to search the website (not good with computers) so spoke to Nikki and told her what we were looking for. She asked many questions and was very thorough and then recommended Bella Piazza Condominiums which are brand new. When we arrived we were floored by the luxurious accommodation with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. The location was perfect, 2 large resort pools which to be honest we didn’t really have time to use except at night after visiting the theme parks which were great to cool off in. We also loved the fact that there are BBQ areas by the pool and met some great people along the way.
